Endeavor Performance

Indoor Sessions

Even if you ride outdoors often, you’ll obtain a higher level of fitness from Endeavor Performance’s regimented indoor training. You ride your own bike, set up on a lab quality CompuTrainer (+-2.5% accuracy), in a small group setting that provides both group motivation and an individualized workout at your own pace.

For each 1.5-hour session, Todd Nordmeyer structures the training to be power based focusing on wattage and cadence. The training regime also includes performance testing, simulated racing and virtual course reconnaissance. Even in previous three-month training periods, most athletes have seen increases of 10 to 20% in their 20-minute power output.

Todd’s coaching also targets each rider’s bike form and position, helping to ensure energy efficiency and comfort while riding. Most indoor training sessions last 1.5 hours, with each series consisting of 4-5 sessions. Almost every series is appropriate for riders at all skill levels.

Most indoor training sessions last 1.5 hours, with a group size of no more than 12 athletes. Almost every series is appropriate for riders at all skill levels.

Camps and Clinics

Endeavor Performance hosts several clinics and camps each year focusing on abilities that are important at all levels of experience. Whether you’re new to the sport, a longtime enthusiast, a triathlete, or a competitive cyclist, these camps and clinics will improve your performance on the bike—and you’ll have fun while doing so.

“Todd improved my cadence, taking it from a slow, power-only spin, to a faster, yet comfortable spin, all the while increasing my power (watts—what a fun thing to get to see!). He helped build my endurance, pushing me to practical breaking points, but always kept it fun. As a coach, Todd builds a relationship, and wants to see success. He doesnʼt simply create a workout and bark orders. As an athlete, it becomes that much more rewarding to see the results.”
