The 66 Chevelle SS program is for an athlete who wants to work one-on-one with Todd Nordmeyer and have access to the maximum amount of input and feedback from him. A close coach/athlete relationship will be established. More detail
The 65 GTO program is for an athlete who wants to work with Todd Nordmeyer and have access to input and feedback from him on a monthly basis. Todd will guide the athlete through his/her program as the athlete learns what is expected of them, how to implement the workouts, and how to interpret the way their body responds to the training.
